We loved the stay, it was a perfect 10/10 experience. The place was beautiful and clean, it had terrific staff and location. Lots of meals for breakfast, including bread and cereal.

Hip new and fairly clean place, everything was good. There was a nice bar with very efficient service. Found in the downtown area very close to the main train station, the lake, beach.

The venue was attractive, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was stunning close to the lake, the main train station and Lake Lucerne. Non-smoking units with a balcony facing the lake.

Peaceful location, SATISFACTORY breakfast with lots of food. The rooms were carpeted & relaxing, the decoration was smart. We used the free bus offered by the venue too.

Facilities were modern, though wifi was very poor.
